Depending on the breed, each puppy’s nutritional needs differ. However, there are always some key requirements to ensure proper growth. High levels of protein with reasonable amounts of fat are a must. Protein is the building block of brain cells, muscle, skin and hair. Fat is converted to energy quickly and having an ideal amount of it allows more protein to be used for the creation of new cells.
