Our Ambrosia Fresh Sardine & Cod recipe combines easily digestible fish protein coming from fresh sardine fillets along with high-quality protein from cod. With just about the right amount of olive oil and a mix of Mediterranean fruits and herbs, we offer a hypoallergenic, Mediterranean-style, grain-free dog food, full of antioxidants suitable for all dog breeds. Our Fresh Sardine & Herring Special Formula for Senior, Obese & Sterilized Dogs
As dogs age their metabolism rate lowers and physical activity is decreased making them more prone to obesity. Having extra weight means more stress for the joints. A food with above average protein levels with a low-fat content and low calories is preferable. Glucosamine and chondroitin are also needed to support their joints which may already be inflamed from arthritis or hip dysplasia. To cater for their sensitive stomach, we have used fish proteins in all of our Senior recipes, as fish is the easiest protein to digest. Enhancing that is the inclusion of our Pure Care digestive formula consisting of prebiotics, probiotics and Clay Minerals which aid digestion and prevent digestive upsets. Our Ambrosia Fresh Sardine & Cod recipe will please even the fussiest of eaters.

Fish 51% (Freshly prepared sardine 30%, dried cod (14%), salmon oil (4%), hydrolysed salmon protein (3%)), sweet potato, whole peas, pea starch, dried beet pulp, olive oil, dried apple, dried lucerne, dried chicory root (a source of inulin and fructo-oligosaccharides; 1,0%), sunflower oil, monosodium phosphate, linseed, mannan oligosaccharides (0,15%), methylsulfonylmethane (MSM; 0,1%) dried tomato, fenugreek, dried pear, dried orange, oregano, thyme, glucosamine hydrochloride (400mg/kg), chondroitin sulphate (200mg/kg).
